Excellent tips on what to test in your PPC ads

Jonathan Mendez presented 5 lessons about what to test for and what can impact CTR performance of your Google ads. The key takeaway is, of course, keep testing, and optimize your campaigns accordingly based on results. One interesting thing he noted that I’ve also seen happen, is that the highest-CTR ads are very often NOT the highest converting. He stressed the importance of knowing the impact of a high-volume ad on your overall campaign CPA, and adjusting for that.

Absolutely true, and without realizing which ads are converting you could be wasting a lot of money on clicks that don’t drive value for your site.
